CPA - Operations Manager


Ms. Montanez serves as the Operations Manager for the firm. Regina oversees the operations and client reporting, and assists in the trading, accounting, and marketing functions of the firm. She joined the firm in April 2015.

Regina brings 21 years of financial experience in public and private companies in various industries including pharmaceutical, manufacturing, and non-profit organizations. Prior to joining StoneRidge, Regina was with the Board of Directors of City Trusts, Administrators for The Estate of Stephen Girard, Girard College, and with the Wills Eye Health System for eight years as the Assistant Director of Finance and Treasury Officer. Prior to that, she was with the accounting department of the Philadelphia Housing Authority. She migrated from the Philippines in 2005, where she held supervisory roles in the areas of corporate finance, budget, and corporate tax. Regina began her career with KPMG LLP (Philippines) with its Financial Advisory Services (Consulting) Division and Assurance (Audit) Division. She holds a B.S. in Accounting from Miriam College, Philippines. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), and a board member of GoT Help, a non-profit organization registered in Pennsylvania.
