HISTORY OF STONERIDGE
StoneRidge Investment Partners, LLC (StoneRidge) is an independent registered investment advisor (RIA)* located in suburban Philadelphia, PA. Our diversity in ownership and staff enables our firm to create highly effective teams, delivering a competitive and performance-driven culture that differentiates our investment returns from our peers.
Founded in 1999 and restructured under new management in 2009, StoneRidge became an emerging and minority-owned equity money management firm, offering investment solutions to public pension funds, endowments & foundations, corporate employee benefit and treasury funds as well as Taft-Hartley plans. Senior members of our equity portfolio management team have worked together since 1984.
In 2008, Steven Sanders formed Beltraith Capital, LLC for the purpose of acquiring a controlling interest in StoneRidge Investment Partners. In May 2009, Mr. Sanders was named CEO & Chief Investment Strategist at StoneRidge while Beltraith currently has a 77% ownership interest.
At StoneRidge, we manage fully diversified equity portfolios utilizing our proprietary "Quantamental" investment process to deliver investment solutions.
